Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4-5 cups flour
- 1 Tbl. sp. Baker's
Ammonia
- 1 Tbl. sp. Fennel
Seeds
- 1 Tbl. sp. sesame seeds
(optional)

Directions
- Mix water, oil, fennel
seeds and sesame seed well in a large bowl.
- Add Sugar and Baker's
Ammonia and mix.
- Gradually add flour and mix
with hands until a soft dough is formed.
- Take a portion of the dough
and roll into a loaf, cut into equal size pieces.
- Roll each piece into
circles, S-shape, 8-shape or any desired shape.
- Arrange on a cookie sheet
and bake in a preheated oven at 350-375 ƒF (185
ƒC).
